Ms. P. “Anne” Gaspar is a Senior Chemical Engineer with 25 years of experience in the development and management of engineering design/build, environmental, health and safety (EH&S) consulting and industrial services projects for the renewable energy, power generation, transportation, construction, chemical industry and diverse other private and public sector organizations. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Grove City College and a Master of Science in Management from Pennsylvania State University.

Ms. Gaspar is a member of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE) and has served on the board and held several leadership positions including serving as Chair of the Northeastern New York and Delaware Valley Sections. Additionally, she is a member of the Air and Waste Management Association, the American Chemical Society, the American Solar Energy Society, the Colorado Renewable Energy Society, the International Solar Energy Society, the New York Solar Energy Society, the Northern California Solar Energy Association, the U.S. Green Building Council, Women in Sustainable Energy, and has served on the Programs Committee for the Society of Women Environmental Professionals. Finally, she is a supporter of the American Council for an Energy-Efficient Economy.

Her experience includes the development/expansion of multiple forms of renewable energy/power generation projects and industrial applications including coal fired generation, gasification, IGCC, gas turbine power plants, cogeneration, biomass, renewable energy and power generation (wind, ethanol fuel, etc.), and industrial heating and cooling. Additionally she is experience in the selection of alternative fuels for biomass energy generation projects, the development of produced water treatment applications related to coal tar sands extraction, conversion of industrial boilers from oil-fired to natural gas, energy conservation audits, environmental sustainability program development and other related projects.

Additionally, Ms. Gaspar is experienced with associated environmental permitting, siting and analysis to support the development and expansion of clean energy and other energy-related projects. Her experience includes the development and management of environmental, health and safety (EH&S) compliance programs for renewable energy/power generation and diverse industrial applications, plus construction safety oversight for energy/power generation projects.
