Kevin M. Green, P.E. is a Sr. Chemical Engineer with 32 years of process and project experience. A graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo with a B.S in Chemical Engineering in 1978, he has spent his career in the process industries taking part in every aspect of the business including, process development and design, project engineering, project and process cost justification, operations, and personnel management. Recently, Mr. Green consults in the fields of process design, detailed engineering design, feasibility analysis, project management and operations management.
During his career Mr. Green has led successful efforts in bench scale to pilot plant development, pilot plant operation management, and commercial and industrial process development and startup. In addition, while in operations, he was responsible for the implementation of multiple projects to improve operations, enhance safety and the environment, and increase plant productivity. Mr. Green has successfully applied the principles of analytical troubleshooting in a plant environment resulting in the development of solutions to difficult and elusive production problems. Once the problems were correctly identified he worked with all involved groups to implement solutions to resolve these situations.
As a member of engineering Mr. Green has led efforts in Process development, detailed engineering design, plant construction, plant startup and project engineering handling projects from a few thousand dollars to several million dollars.
