Shipping Information:
Registrations through this site are confirmed via your valid e-mail. We are required to deliver Certificates of Completion within 2 weeks of the course date. If you register at least one week prior to the course date, we will have your certificate at the session. If you register less than a week in advance, we will e-mail you PDF of your certificate.
Refund and Cancellation Policies:
Refunds may be requested due to extraordinary circumstances. In general, if a registrant is unable to attend, he/she may designate an alternate to take his/her place or to request registration for an upcoming course.
Cancellations:
A course may be cancelled due to weather related emergencies. If a local or state entity declares a state of emergency and restricts travel, the purchaser has the right to request a no-penalty refund or to attend a future course. If there is no state of emergency/travel restrictions in place and the purchaser decides to not attend, then the purchaser has the option of choosing a future course or a penalty refund.
A course may be cancelled due to an insufficient number of registrants. In these cases, a registrant may choose either a refund or to attend another course. Due to contract obligations with event locations, we will give adequate notice or make other arrangements as appropriate.
If a purchaser is in attendance at the beginning of a session and must leave before the end, the purchaser only has the option to schedule for a future course.
